Oh my god just now I tried opening internet explorer by clicking on its icon from the task bar and programs list in start (not an actual shortcut) and a message says "The item 'chrome.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved so this shortcut will no longer work properly. ![]() On a bad day the homepage refuses to be the one I set. In fact I no longer use Internet Explorer as it is just filled with ads and every time I open it, new tabs open by themselves with all sorts of ad from fake surveys to videos, some say 'Ads by InstaShare'. This has happened with other software too, but not always with a 'warning' like this one. As you can see I have not been browsing random sites and not for long. I don't even use google chrome, and the only website I have visited prior to that was my homepage and. When I went to the desktop there was a google chrome shortcut and then in my list of programs in control panel (which I have listed by decreasing installation date) the latest installed software is google chrome. Just now when I turned on my computer about 5:10pm, then at about 5:35pm,suddenly 2 command prompt windows appeared and disappeared by themselves, then a Google Chrome browser window opened by itself. My computer (windows) has been doing this for a while now, probably a year.
